Nothing wrong with any of that (as unless the spag bol was out of a tin), it all involves some element of cooking it yourself) , and backs up what I said earlier about what's the cheapest and healthiest way to eat!
Although, I'm surprised you didn't include soup (or rice) in that - as a big pot of veg soup costs next to hee-haw to make and is very tasty and nutritious. Ditto pan-frying some chicken and rice.

I'd argue that you've eaten (as outlined), when you were 'struggling', because you were educated enough to know that was the cheapest and best way to eat, whereas the dumb fucks in the same category just eat garbage 24/7, and often garbage which isn't that cheap!
