Bet it was screws in the tread - Errant screws were the bane of my life when I used to work for this other company. What you got for parking too close to the skip. I usually do a "screw sweep" of the customer's drive at the end of a job for similar reasons

I know - all joking aside, I'm lucky to have her. That's why I don't mind her, erm, 'quirky little ways'!Nah, I think it's quite cute. TBH. The thing is (and you'll understand this more if you manage to come to visit sometime for a few days), she hasn't really grown up, both in looks and in mind, although she's certainly very intelligent, but really still a little girl at heart.
Nice one on the frozens. Hope you can manage to have a reasonably enjoyable Christmas. It's such a shame you can't share it with your family. Hopefully, it'll be a different ball game next year!

I think a contributory factor too with Del is her being an only child and used to being treated like a princess (certainly that's what her mum was like with her), and that's just what she's grown used to.
