Flatford is really nice (out of "season" - too many people in summer/during holidays), fascinating to see how little some of the scenes have changed.

I live only six or seven miles away, so it is easy for me although I haven't been for a few years - we used to take our daughters out on a rowing boat from Flatford to Dedham when they were little, hopefully, I will be capable enough to do the same with grandchildren when the girls decide to settle down

we have a lot of aincient history on the doorstep, cairnpapple being the best.i live only six or seven miles away, so it is easy for me although i haven't been for a few years - we used to take our daughters out on a rowing boat from flatford to dedham when they were little, hopefully, i will be capable enough to do the same with grandchildren when the girls decide to settle down
