    I just watched 'Petite Fleur' on You Tube, with accompanying pics of flowers in the French Alps, and it was quite enjoyable. didn't make me want to poo though.

    Just to be pedantic though, I thought in French the adjective followed the noun. Which would make it 'Fleur Petite'. What's the answer?

    The piece of music is called 'Petit Fleur'. It was a tune came into Sidney Bechet's mind whilst he was sat on the loo. A French euphemism for having crap translates as "planting flowers" - hence Bechet called his tune 'Petit Fleur'.

    (Don't you just hate it when you have to explain a joke? )
