My blu ray player is Panasonic, but it's about 4 years old now. Probably not quite good enough for my LG OLED telly, and I can't summon the enthusiasm to replace it. Just laziness I guess. The last blu ray disc I bought was "Once upon a Time in Hollywood", it was months before I got round to watching it, then 5 minutes later it was on Sky Movies.
The problem is, my armchair is here, and the discs are all the way over there. Strange how I'm happy to get up every 20 minutes to turn a record over, but for viewing I just want to press buttons.
Also the picture is a bit crap when everything is going through my ancient Sony AV receiver, so just using telly sound at the mo. Everything changes so quickly, but I will have to address this - Anita misses the big bangs (this is where you jump in, Marco)
