Turntable: Heavily-modified Technics SL-1210MK5G [Mike New bearing/ETP platter/Paul Hynes SR7 PSU & regulator mods]. Funk Firm APM Achromat with Nagaoka GL-601 Crystal Record Weight. Isonoe feet & boots. Ortofon RS-212D tonearm with Denon DL-103GL, in a Denon PCL-300 headshell, fitted with Funk Firm Houdini and Kondo SL-115 pure-silver cartridge leads.
Paul Hynes MC head amp/SR5 PSU. Also modded Lentek head amp and Denon AU-310 SUT.
Other Cartridges: Nippon Columbia (NOS 1987) Denon DL-103. USA-made Shure SC35C with NOS stylus. Goldring G820 with NOS stylus. Shure M55E with NOS stylus.

Preamps: Heavily-modified Croft Charisma-X. Power Amps: Tube Distinctions Copper Amp, fitted with Tungsol KT-150s. Quad 306.
Cables & Sundries: Mark Grant HDX1 interconnects and digital coaxial cable, plus Mark Grant 6mm UP-LCOFC Van Damme speaker cable. MCRU 'Ultimate' mains leads. Lehmann clone headphone amp with vintage Koss PRO-4AAA headphones.
Tube Distinctions digital noise filter. VPI HW16.5 record cleaning machine.

I rather like the old telephones. I bought an original 70s Trimphone a couple of years ago, looked great but I soon got fed up with the rotary dial. Also problems arose when phoning anywhere with a menu system, no buttons to choose an option.Just bought me a 'new' landline telephone:

I like the styling of those old phones - but I also like to have caller ID and the ability to store numbers which I can 'dial' with a few key strokes.
Also. as Ian has said, there is no provision for dealing with menu systems. Could they not have included both a * and # key?

I was tempted by one of the old bakelite efforts but decided I couldn't face the rigours of the rotary dial.

I very rarely use my landline so not really an issue and I avoid calling places with a menu system like the plague. Obviously it predates the horror that was the introduction of menu systems.
It's just for emergencies in case the network is down or my mobile packs in or something. The phone it is replacing is only a couple of years younger than this one (A Southwestern Bell Telecom FA300) but the membrane below its rubber keypad has almost perished. You can still dial but you have to press the buttons really hard, ideally with a biro or something, and that was getting a little tedious.
I always have it switched off to incoming calls anyway as the only calls I get are from people trying to sell me some crap. But I did want something that looks a bit anachronistic.
Was tempted by some of the fancy 1990s Scandinavian jobs like B&O but your talking about paying £150 or more and I decided that was a bit silly. Anyway, just a bit of fun.
