Influenza outbreaks kill a lot more people on a regular basis, doesn't even make the news.

And then you've got spontaneous human combustion. Hundreds of people spontaneously combust every year. It's just not widely reported.

Usually just students lighting their farts, serves 'em right I say.

afaik flu viruses can only survive outwith body about 24hrs max. and thats on a hard surface like plastic etc.. on a soft fabric its very short... Cold virus can last a lot longer tho.

I sometimes see this TV programme about Australia's airport customs - most of it seems to be about the weird crap that Chinese folk try to bring into the country. They must be really picky to feel they have to bring food from home to get by. And most of it looks like it was picked from a litter tray. No wonder they're all mental.

In case you think I'm being racist I will say that we have our share of mental people too - particularly the guy who works down the (Chinese) chip shop swears he's Elvis.
