If it were up to me, I'd use said technology to create a vetting system, which would ensure that life's sad inadequates (trolls and bullies) were prevented from ever gaining access to the Internet. That would wipe out the cowardly piss-stained keyboard warriors in an instant.
Unfortunately not weeding them out has created a problem: waste-of-space losers, with massive chips on their shoulders, who were previously gagged before the Internet existed, have been given a 'voice' to rage against the world, venting their jealous frustrations and 'trolling' others they resent who've been successful, and have a life that's worth living...
Inadequates/losers don't like happy people, because it exposes their own unhappiness. These scumbags should've all been kept gagged and left to rot!! And if I had my way, that's what would happen. Do I detest them? No, what makes you think that? I certainly pity them
