After an 18 year separation, it really does feel good. I called my ex, just to give her a heads up, so she wouldn’t be blind sided by it, and she had the nerve to say, “I thought we would just stay separated forever?”. What kind of weird idea is that? I guess she too was happily married to a man she hadn’t seen or spoken to in 18 years? The reason we broke up was because she went crazy, so, I shouldn’t be surprised.

However, any idea what made her "go crazy", and when you realised that was the case? Sticking with each other for 19 years, before separating, suggests that most of the time things were ok, or you were a rather long-time suffering husband!
