This is an unstyled, double shot into about a centimetre of the local milkman's milk.

What that means is there has been no effort to make it look nice. This is it. It is how such an approach appears. That said each time you do it, it comes out differently. Taste wise and lookswise.

This is Extract's Cast Iron. And it tastes excellent.

Two coffees into the order detailed above and I am thinking these are the most complex tasting beans I have come across. Ever.

EDIT: to be fair, though, HasBean has given me some excellent stuff in the past. The test of time is the hardest one to win.
