In all seriousness, I heartily recommend this amp, though it's important to get a good one with any model of this vintage. It's the amp that has stayed longest in my system and has worked well with the largest variety of speakers, surprising many a visitor with its quality. I recently took this to the house of Sony 770ES owner and he was very shocked by how much better the Denon was; so was I as I had heard so many great things about the Sony ES range. As the top amp in Denon's range at the end of the 1970's, I suppose its quality should be no surprise.
Good luck with your search and please report on your findings if you're lucky enough to find a good one.
