Haven't quite decided what to do with the Goldenears yet Grant, they're not actually plumbed in. I'll probably move on the Diamond 155s I have in the bedroom system & replace them with the Goldenears, they really are very good speakers, just not Tannoys

Cheers Dan. It got to the stage where I could never find the CD/LP I wanted to listen to (don't mention streaming..) so alphabeticised/chronological was the only way to go.

I one day, decided that I couldn't see why I should clutter up my living room with my 6' X 4' cases of LPs and same of CDs, so stored them in a 'spare' room. Easy enough to go and select a few things to play, and nice clear uncluttered room to sit in.
    (LPs now gone)

I did have my records stored upstairs but found I was never playing them. Quite like having them on display anyway. The other end of the room is ‘tidier’.

Slimmed down rack (and back with the metal/glass & now wood rack). Using the Planet for CDs for now pending the arrival of a new DAC.
