Oh now you are talking a load of b++++** Marco - Asians are massively into coffee, many a Barista champion has come from Singapore - they take it very, very seriously. One of the finest (and geekiest) specialist coffee shop/cafés I've been to is in Hong Kong, in fact they got me into pour over brewing. They are masters to the art of coffee making, whatever way you want it.
