Hi Shuggie, yes indeed you made that very clear beforehand!

I originally bought it in connection with a Grado Reference Platinum Wood cartridge, and was well impressed with the collar. Soon thereafter I changed cartridges and decided not to go for a spacer.

The one spacer I have is a heavy one (± 5 grams) and I couldn't find a budget friendly light-weight spacer on the web or at the workshop. So yes, I would very much have liked to keep on using the collar were it not for my 'faulty' spacer.
