hi all,
lash-ups with paul downie - a friend of
murray's who makes harpsichords - he's
going to be making handsome wooden
enclosures for us - present plan is for
him to use ebonised wood with gilt trim;
also shown is the new transformer from
marque magnetic - full 120V version -
three times heavier than murray's -
original design used a voltage doubler
to keep the size of the transformer down
the third picture is of the harpsichord
paul is building - has a clavichord under
way too - superb craftsmanship - very
decent fellow to boot,

Interesting photos - thanks for sharing.
One question - what is the arm mounted on the Garrard 301 plinth?

Love the look of those. Interesting to see a couple of Connoisseur BD2 turntables there.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
