Bet the vinyl version sounds really good, Jerry. My experience of those red Philips labels is that the quality is usually superb!

Yep, an excellent recording - good clarity, solid dynamics, excellent 3D imaging. Allows a very fine performance to strut its stuff!

One of my oldest CDs, I must have had it 25 years or so, also one of my faves.
The performance and sq of the Dvorak Op 96 "American" string quartet are of the highest order. And what wonderful, wonderful music!

This was a very pleasant surprise ...
A symphony and piano concerto by Nino Rota, famed film composer of The Godfather and many others.
Strongly presented, tuneful, tonal - great to listen to!
I have ordered more CDs by him.
