10C, bright and clear. Little wind, so it didn't feel very cold whilst out dog walking.

There's a wind monitoring station being erected round the corner. So far a galvanised steel frame about twenty feet tall has been built with a circular opening at the top. There's supposed to be a geodesic globe going on top, presumably with a radar antenna inside. It's supposed to be there a year, but looks built to last a century.

A mild 14C and very gloomy, definitely looks like the forecast rain is coming. Better walk the dog in a minute.

While I'm passing, I'll try to take a photo of the wind station that's under construction.

Here's a shot of the wind station. The lid has yet to go on, I assume the electronics etc., will be sorted first.

That's clearly some kind of alien base. Does the dog's fur stand on end when you go past?

Looks like it has the makings of a great driving range, should Godzilla ever decide to take up golf.

11C and very overcast and windy. The sky to the west is black, I think a downpour will be here shortly.
