I think I need some educating here - firstly, I see this term seasonal greens, seasonal veg, used a lot, what will seasonal greens look like in February? The same, but from somewhere foreign?
Also, what will the alternatives to pan fried be? Air fried? Deep fat fried sounds a bit unhealthy to me.

Firstly, it's just a general term meaning what's in season. Seasonality is a big thing in the farm shops we get some of our veg from, as they grow it there, and therefore know what's in and out of season.
