Glasgow taxis all seemed to be Toyota Corolla hybrid estates, I guess because of the Low Emissions Zone in the centre - we weren’t even allowed in due to the age of our diesel Nissan not meeting the required Euro rating. Had to park 2 miles away for the wedding, paid for it with two massive blisters on my heals, and it wasn’t even new shoes.

Sorry to hear that... All that emissions bollox is new on me and wasn't there when I was there.

Back to the grind now, eh? How did you get on at the Drovers?

Been raining heavily all night - I know because it woke me up a couple of times.

Still going now but supposed to turn dry and sunny in a bit.

Bins day today - blue for recycling, brown for paper/cardboard and grey for garden waste.

Our occasional gardener helpfully left all the conifer and shrub cuttings in a tonne bag on the drive, which this morning I had to decant into the wheely bins. To make it worse it's bin raining all night. And I've not even had my porridge yet. I should have done it yesterday.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

I'm not at all organised this week, too much crap going on.

I went to make my porridge, only to find we didn't have enough milk, and forgot to buy more. Oh well, I'll have some toast. No I won't, the bread's gone mouldy Anita never eats bread, and I've cut down a lot. And I've been too busy earning a crust to notice the developing science project in the bread bin.

Back on topic it's been raining all night, and currently spitting. Going to get windy later.
