    Don't like the porthole. IMO Marantz haven't done any good looking amps since the PM95

    Seems like there's two choices these days - horrifically ugly, or retro with meters. No-one's got any worthwhile new design ideas.

    Like the look of these Malcolm. I was looking at the Model 50 myself as I have a streamer/dac I can run through it. Like the old school sensible design of the Model 50 but the 40 would certainly be ideal as a amp/digital hub.
