Laser Audio - Got my ATF5, Cyrus speakers, Soundstyle rack and Cyrus pre-amp from them in Kilmarnock. They moved to Ayr where I bought the CD8 and the Project gear - shut down a few years later.

A good few years on and quite a number of changes in that time.
Quite a few changes to come in the new year with a purpose built home cinema/music room complete with Michi amplification, Kef reference 3's and a 7.4.1 setup.

Have a couple now, but bought my first one (High AV rack, 10mm glass) from Stereo Stereo in Glasgow (RIP) in 1996 with my first Grant Cheque from Glasgow Uni!

What brought you back?
Funnily enough my first "serious" turntable was a Rega P2 from them back in the day, (see your Rega deck) but at the time I couldn't afford the cartridge at the time, so the Salesman gave me a discount on the dem model that was bolted to the arm at the time.
He literally unscrewed it of the arm after the Demo and sold it to me heavily discounted - just so I could have music at home!
20 years later, as fate would have it, I bought my Rega P10 from the same guy (now at Loud and Clear Glasgow)
He had forgotten about it, but appreciated me being grateful to him at the time.
Its what the hobby is all about, enjoying shared music and the kit.
Ok with not having it on Betamax nowadays

Had a pc/hd/mb failure and ended up losing my favourites and passwords (not to mention PC). Also had to get a new email which was a real pain trying to recover lost passwords. Came across the site again and tried a few old passwords, got lucky and here I am.

I got my P10 at Glasgow Audio as well as the Cyrus CD player and power supply - they have been pretty good with me over the years. For some reason or other Loud & Clear have always been shut when I drop by, same as the Music Room. Try to visit the HiFi shops whenever the car is being serviced - normally a Friday as I only work Tue - Thu.

Got it all drawn out - now if I can just get the kids to take all their stuff from the garage (double) I can make a start on the structure. Think a small beer fridge would better suit.
