Yep that was my thought.

Ok with not having it on Betamax nowadays
Yes-‘Avatar’ pic!
Chris.
On the theme about how much spent on hifi; I’m currently using a Hafler 101/200 that I bought 2nd hand in 1981! Had it recapped, etc.,a few years ago.its outlasted many amps, including a six-pack DNM, a valve set-up, even the Cadbury Neurochrome.
Currently thinking of Avantgarde Zero set-up, though I’m tempted by SPEC 99 amp and either unobtanium/Canton 1000, or the Glasgow equivalent (you guys know what I mean),*** as I have a lovely Reimyo dap999 dac.
Missed out Avantgarde Duos I spend 5 days fetching from Arran.AND my lovely Klipschorns that had to go when we moved house in 1996-no proper corners here!
Looking at my listening, the way I usually hear music is late at night via my Ether 2 planar headphones/i-Decco amp.
Thanks Ali!
*** Edlingdales, of course!

Chris.
Ah the Cadbury Neurochrome.
I'm glad I chose that colour for the anodising and it aquired the nickname Cadbury.
Who on here has had it in their system, I can't remember who I first sold it to?
I love Hendrix for so many reasons. He was so much more than just a blues guitarist - he played damn well any kind of guitar he wanted. In fact I'm not sure if he even played the guitar - he played music. - Stevie Ray Vaughan
Me. :-)
