This morning I tried to do a rabbit coming out of a magicians hat to impress my daughter. It ended up as a blob...
This afternoon, a new coffee was born.
Two more espressos and my Brazilian arabica blend has been finished.
I am now onto a blend called "The Coffee shop" with is also a 100% south American arabica blend.

That's exactly how it should be, rich thick crema, stuck to the walls of the cup all the way down, and staying there right to the end. Nice!
Kevin, some of yours a looking good, too! Could you do me a favour though, and take a picture of your next coffee inside a plain white cup? It's just that your crema looks rather browny in colour, instead of yellowy orange, as it should be, and I think it's probably the cup you're using making it look darker than it actually is
