    Hi Mike,

I use a modified Wadia 170i Transport (Level 2 upgrade by Audiocom) and use as my main source for listening to my music. It beats all the CD players that I have used..........

    All the best

Sweet set up mate, but for me it's on a second system and i just can't justify the outlay

Anyone tried the Audiocom mods on the Onkyo NDS1?

I'm using this dock, and adding a custom PSU has brought a nice improvement.
But I still think my setup using the Halide Bridge USB / SPDIF converter sounds a little bit better.

I'm wondering whether going for the Audiocom mods or adding some kind of reclocker/upsampler like the Firestone Bravo or the Audio-GD Digital Interface.
    Any thoughts?
