There is a very clear influence, but Ozrics do their own thing, and after nearly 30 years they have many clones of their own now! If you like their stuff, a lot, check out their website where you can get unreleased and live stuff in FLAC format. Proper price for an album's worth of material, but they deserve to make a living. It's nice to be able to hear some of the offshoots properly, like Nodens Ictus, one of their more ambient side-projects.

Aye Ozrics are one of a very very few modern bands i could stand & watch, i went to see Gong at Sheffield Boardwalk in the back end of November 2000 they were still fantastic to watch..
