Irma La Duce, 1963. Starring Jack Lemmon and Shirley MacLaine and directed by Billy Wilder.
Film was a big hit returning $25m from a $5m outlay, although U Artists didnt see much of it because of a profit participation for Wilder and the two stars.

Great series, though the later ones where they were 'stranded' in America were weak. That saidc Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie made Jeeves and Wooster their own - in much the same way David Suchet made Poirot his own.
