I prefer the voice-over version. It holds it together and gives it a futuristic Raymond Chandler feel.

Exactly. Its a film noir sci-fi film and the voice over, narration works well.
@Martin
The dream sequence to me does not work, it looks tacked on; which it is and as such does not fit well with the original release. Once again though we have the issue of remodelling work after the original is ingrained in the public concious and while it can make something poor better I for one love the original release and think it works well as was.
I think we will have to agree to differ on this one.

I couldn't get Iron Sky at Blockbuster. They have none for sale and only 3 rental copies which are all out. Bummer,

Just seen Prometheus and am hugely disappointed. Agreed about the characters being undeveloped, The way that girl recovered from her Ceasarian was just laughable. Lots of holes in the story, just one that springs to mind was her reaction after finding out she had an alien inside her. David was aware of it so would become, effectively, an enemy.
No moody lighting just explosions and special effects. overall 4 out of 10.

2011 - Too Big to fail. A renactment of the high fliers in the Lehman collapse, and fallout that is still being felt today. Watched it twice over the weekend, and hasn't improved my opinion on the banking circus...
Some plausible interpretations on what went on (or may have) behind closed doors in the corridors of power, pulling few punches, apart from GWB being detached from the whole debacle. Brilliant acting and tension maintained to the precipitous end. Scary stuff, but wonderfully done and thoroughly recommended....
