    Agreed, and wasn't Meryl Streep alluring? They made a great, and very believable, couple.

    Timeslip on VHS tape.

    Despite being a childrens tv show, and at times a little too upper class for its own good, this is fun sci-fi presented in a fairly adult way.

    I've watched both versions of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and preferred the original to the Hollywood remake, so thought it was time to continue through the series. Top class movie making in evidence here and the acting is classy too...

    Totally agree, Dave. The Swedish trilogy is superb. Looking forward to seeing Noomi Rapace in Prometheus.

    Last night I watched 'Surrogates'



    A sci-fi film I hadn't seen before and was impressed. No "gee-whizz effects"-only film (such as 'Terminator'), but one intelligently exploring a potential social and philosophical issue.
