For me, Star Wars wins for the movie I’ve seen the most at the cinema. When I was a teenager, back in 1977, when it first came out, it played forever at a local drive in theater. So my friends and I would get a car load and go see it every weekend, I saw it 17 times! It was a cult thing, during the light saber fights people would jump out of their cars and act out the scenes, people shouting out the lines during the major scenes, everyone was totally into it! I was more into getting drunk and laughing at the people. I do miss the drive in.Probably Top Gun, though the original Italian Job would be close. I watched TG at least 5 times at the cinema when it first came out - only movie I have ever seen more than once at the cinema.
