Agree, they caught lightning in a bottle with that one. Even though it was a budget film and they were mostly writing it as they went along.
Only thing that gets me is that Bergman's character, aside from her being quite cute, demonstrates nothing that might make me believe a bloke like Rick would fall so hard for her.
