Yes it was, not a bad film and some great action sequences but the same old plot, really.

    Looper

A film that starts off as a seemingly reasonable science fiction B-movie slowly transforms into something much more interesting and thought provoking. I can't really say anything about the story without giving too much away, but suffice to say that you will get drawn in and the finale is well worth the wait. Very thought provoking.

There's always the bonus of the gorgeous Emily Blunt to look forward to, too!

I will check it out - the numerous bad reviews put me off doing so.

In my opinion this is one of the best Sci-Fi films ever made and I never tire of watching it, it is truly dark and full of menace. Watch out for some top notch acting from the all star cast with an added bonus, Jennifer Connelly looks utterly scrumptious in it

'Monsters' Not bad but probably made a mistake watching it with my 87 year old Mum who's more used to the 'Beast from 20000 Fathoms' style of monster flick
