The Vice President JD Vance spoke at the Munich Security Conference just there.
He tried the MAGA Schtick with European leaders and they weren’t having it.
Tried to whip up division in Europe (I.e. weakening the alliance) by saying amongst other stuff that the threat to Europe wasn’t From China or Russia, but from the “Enemy Within” and that Europe must step up in a big way to provide for its own defence.
