Maybe a fuse inside?

Is it a Sugden A21se Signature? If so, the fuse is under the mains connector on the rear of the amplifier, to the right of the speaker connections.

There'll likely be fuses on the circuit board inside also, check those if the others are ok.
“Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio”

Yes, there are two 2.5A quick-blow fuses on each of the power amplifier boards.
They are there to protect the amplifier power output stages from faults, such as the speaker terminals being short circuited. If any of the fuses have blown, carefully check that there are no stray wires where the speaker cables connect with the speaker terminals of the amplifier. If you simply replace the fuse(s) without finding the cause, the fuses will just blow again and might cause damage to the amp.

That sounds like there is a problem with the power supply. It could be a number of things: faulty mains transformer; faulty diodes or bridge rectifier, or even one or more of the smoothing capacitors.
Is there a audio dealer near you who could look at it and diagnose the problem?
