Recently we have had a problem whereby two established Members found that whilst they could log onto the Forum they were unable make any posts.

The problem was caused by their having changed their e-mail addresses but neither clicked on the link in the e-mail confirmation that was sent to them. This meant that they ended up being moved into the 'Awaiting Email Confirmation' user group.

Users who change their e-mail address need to check their new e-mail and spam folders, so they can confirm the new address is correct by clicking on the link in the confirmation they get from the Art of Sound forum.
