Default Slift - the modern Hawkwind?

Recently stumbled to the French band called Slift. Their album Ummon from 2020 has been in heavy rotation and also their Levitation session from 2021 is really solid album. And that session can be found also from YouTube as a whole. The band brings me image of the modern Hawkwind. The same energy and the drive with a nice progressive twist. Highly recommended! 👌

If you have some suggestions to the same genre, that would be wonderful..

Hi Mika. Sorry, a bit late to the party here. As a decent start, I would suggest taking a look at all of the Levitation Sessions and most of the output by the Drone Rock Records (DRR - sadly now defunct) and Fuzz Club record labels as a start. Should you need any more recommendations, you know where I am.
    Goddamn right it's a beautiful day, uh-huh!

I always loved Hawkwind over 50 years ago. Tried this yesterday, definitely not like Hawkwind. I thought it was raucous crap. (Just my opinion)
