    Yes - the same here. I had to go out twice today and each time it was necessary to wear a woolen hat, scarf and gloves.

    Two days ago it was cold at first, but sunny and really nice - and actually warm in the sun later. Beautiful day.
    Yesterday was dark and wet. Today is scheduled to be wet too - though so far not looking so bad.
    Real pain as missed the chance to benefit from the good weather - having to wait in for people who never came, and phone calls which didn't happen.

    They probably decided they had better things to do as the weather was so nice
