    It's actually stopped raining here and the Sun is just peeping out now so looks like it's going to a dry day.

    All Hell let loose earlier this morning - dark, strong winds and copious amounts of rain. Now it's sunny, the wind has gone and it's relatively mild. Must get out and feed the birds.

    Has been snowing this morning, so the lawn is now white again. Visibility only moderate, and no sign of sun, shadows or blue sky, but at least it's quiet with hardly any wind.
    I just hope we don't get the flip flop temperatures yet again, which lead to slush and ice on the ground.

    I remember this from living abroad, -5 C or slightly lower was much preferable to temperatures round zero.
