    Default iFi Zen DAC Signature

iFi Zen DAC Signature, chosen because it is just a DAC, no headphone amp. *According to iFi it uses superior components than their standard Zen DACs and comes with the iFi Power X as standard. *Bought by me new on 22 September to replace the broken DAC in my Auralic Zen Mini which has now been sold.

    More detail here:

    https://ifi-audio.com/products/zen-dac-signature/

    Review: https://www.theabsolutesound.com/art...dac-signature/

6 weeks old in perfect condition with original packaging, accessories and paperwork.

Cost me £219, yours for £185 inc UK mainland postage.

(Mods, I have tried to paste the images of the iFi over from this thread:

    https://theartofsound.net/forum/show...-DAC-Signature

but when I do the forum firewall stops me. Can you help please.

Thanks Mike, why it wouldn't let me do that I don't know. I posted these on the linked thread but the firewall notice kept popping up when I tried to copy them over to this one.

I use Tapatalk on my phone to browse forums and it also makes adding images much easier too.

Malcolm (Willbewill) came up a while ago with some DACs to compare with the iFi including a Topping E30 which seems to be well regarded. We both agreed the iFi was an all round superior DAC.

How about £175 posted - that's a 20% discount off new for a virtually new iFi

This is sitting here doing nothing. It really is a good DAC and would be an upgrade to the internal DAC of a Bluesound Node or similar.
£169 which is £50 off a new one.

Did you know that the iFi Signature can do a fixed or variable output so could be used as a preamp. I have got a decent but cheap power amp if anyone fancies the core of a decent desktop system.
