    Plenty roads closed here in Fife and I'm about to head out with my youngest to walk her clients dogs.

    Yeah looks like it, the golf course where I play is like a mud pit and has already been shut more times than last year and we've not even had the frost yet

    Rain stopped here about 1130, just had the gale force winds and the bitter cold to contend with on the way home.

    I've still got my old one piece biker's nylon rain suit. Nothing get through that! I'd feel a bit of a tit walking round the shops in it though.

    I did have one but chucked it a few years back as it was falling apart. Got one of those duck down Gotex things now, have to say it is better. Could sleep rough in it if necessary and water just beads on it.

    Got some Gprtex over-trousers too for when it's really bad. Which is every day at the moment.
