Default FS Musical Fidelity A3 cr Power Amplifier £450, Upgraded by John Sampson

My power amp was upgraded in 2017 by John Sampson former head engineer at MS. John replaced all the power supply, decupling and biploar capacitors - as well as substantially upgrading the input cabling, audio feedback and gain stage circuits
The resulting upgrade is phenomenal - I will probably regret parting with this amp, but house move means I must
    £450
Collect in Croydon, or I can delivery up to 25 miles for a petrol donation. Insured delivery is £25
    Thanks
    Colin

Some industry reviews (without the upgrades!!)

If anyone is seriously interested I would disconnect my cables & post if required - alternatively here's a pic off the web with the exact details...
    Thanks

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

Interesting story behind the nice oversized speaker cable sockets, MF had loads made for the Nu Vista and it was cheaper to use them up than get new (cheaper) ones made just for this amp.
