If I had my way, I would have all the doors and windows open - but my partner suffers badly from hay fever: streaming bloodshot eyes and a head that feels as though it is stuffed with cotton wool. Optrex eye-drops help when indoors, but are pretty ineffectual outdoors. 'Piriton' and other hay fever tablets just make her drowsy.
ive got front door ajar a bit and back door open causing a nice through draft. also an ice pack hanging in front of fan
28c now but only 24 indoors downstairs
