Dull, boring and muggy today. It has rained a bit overnight. High of 18 C expected later. Not really very pleasant at all.

Well it is Friday night. The greatest of all the nights (unless you work Saturdays).

I wish it would rain. I can’t remember the last time it did.
It would help cool things down a bit.

Hit 33c in the shade in my back garden, now down to 25c - must be a couple of months since we had rain.

If it rains in Cornwall I shall be out in it (maybe even dancing around )

Another uncomfortably warm evening in this living room (29C), while out in the garden is a paddling pool filled to about ten inch deep. I'm really tempted.
