    hi just like to make aware chap selling sony tc-k8b tape deck on hifi for sale also states has sony pre/power ta-n7b and ta-e7b he did send pics but wants £4600 and power amp is 100v seems very high price to me and when i offered to go around and have a look he never responded i could be wrong my apologies if so but equipment was his fathers apparently yet he has set such a high price and referred to preamp as ta-e86b bit strange also has accuphase and gryphon amps and yamaha vintage tuner for £900! any info please advise

    They are very, very rare. I don't think the asking price is that unrealistic. I wouldn't pay it though especially not for the 100v version.

    I wonder if it's Audio Al? He had a 100v power amp off a friend of mine.
    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    Wrong county I think, Al is now Lincoln, seller is allegedly in Berkshire.
