As previously stated ....Ive both reported and complained to the ASA and yes I was not aware that this was two separate actions !
I'm told they will keep me updated as to any actions with the complaint ...we will wait and see !
I have been successful in the past removing unsubstantiated claims from RA website and also correcting claims made in a Hifi mag also by RA.
I've no problems with legitimate advertising even the intrusive sort. But wonder if you can limit it to say one advert per page or change of page rather than the whole page being overwhelmed. Strangely looking through the comments here no adverts appeared ?? So is the AI only slapping ads into popular threads ?
