I have a mk2 innous zen.
My son let me know there was a software upgrade....took ages to install but got there.

My son let me know there was a software upgrade....took ages to install but got there.
Installed the new app on my tablet, its a helluva improvement over the orange crush app.
I also have the Mk2 and have been liking the new interface.
However I am now stuck in a 'too many redirects' loop and nothing I do seems to fix it.
Any ideas that I can try? Or anyone else?
I love Hendrix for so many reasons. He was so much more than just a blues guitarist - he played damn well any kind of guitar he wanted. In fact I'm not sure if he even played the guitar - he played music. - Stevie Ray Vaughan

I have used the innous help line in the past.
The tech logged onto my machine and sorted the issue remotely.
Customer service was really good.
Might be worth a try...
Thanks for the suggestion, I am in contact with Innuos, they are really helpful.
However I use a Chromebook and they can't connect remotely to it.

Too busy enjoying the music....

Hope you sort it Alan. My Lumin D2 bricked itself during an update. Had to go back to them for a new board. No quibbles though and all done fairly quickly, and it's been fine ever since.
“Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio”

I've tried absolutely everything Kevin, just gone through what you suggested, still 'could not connect to server'.
I think the loop is in the Zen itself and I have no access. Frustrating!

I fixed my earlier Zen by resetting the root password first not sure it would work with the latest software though. You might end up doing more harm than good unless you're a Linux wizard.
No wizard here on software unfortunately.
Don't have any way of getting in to the OS.

I'm not advising it but I plugged mine into the TV with HDMI and a keyboard and went into the options at boot up. I'm not sure what you could do to fix it once you've changed the password mind you, I repointed the site used to get album info.
