For Sale: John Blue JB3 speakers
I hope I don't regret this.....for sale are a pair of John Blue JB3 single driver 'wideband' speakers.
Condition is excellent, the gloss red finish is unmarked.
These are great speakers, ideal for small rooms, office or desktop, though I happily used them in a 6x4m lounge for years.
Easy to drive.....I used them with class d amps (Amptastic was good), a Peachtree integrated, Quad 303 and 306, and even Naim - the JB3s sounded great with a Nait 2 and 32.5/110 combo.
Unfussy about placing and happy close to the wall
Lots of detail and speed, I find that crossoverless designs have a sense of 'immediacy', but unfatiguing.
