Wow - some great gear there!

Especially these Genesis 2 dipole speakers, fed by a Studer/Revox reel-to-reel tape machine, via an EAR 912 preamp:

I hope the demonstration room used did justice to the system!

Also good to see an EMT930st turntable in use (or was it for sale?):

Though I don't recognise the pickup arm.

ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down

Unfortunately the Genesis 2 sounded absolutely awful. Not sure the bass units were genuine. The EMT was for sale.

Well that room looks way too small for those speakers to work properly. Don't know how much they cost, but surely the manufacturer (or dealer) should be stumping up for a bigger space that will better suit them. Because that will just put people off.

Forget the past, it's gone. And don't worry about the future, it doesn't exist. There is only NOW.
