    Default WTD. Cheap Integrated Amplifier

Yet another niece that’s seeing the light.

Looking for a cheap integrated amp, she’s into vinyl so I’m giving her a turntable, speakers, CD player.

Just need to find amplifier, anything going?

    TIA

How much? Got a NAD 320BEE here, minty, remote and phono stage yours for a ton.

Also got a Sony ES, minty, Gibraltar chassis and all that jazz, doesn't have remote control but I think it does have a phono stage. I can check the model if you are interested. £130

Both good but I like the NAD better sound-wise.
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > JM Labs Focal Electra 926.

The Nad is great and foolproof for noobs as long as the soft clipping switch is on!

I hadn't actually thought of selling, but my nice tidy NAD 312 integrated is doing nothing at the moment. I'd let it go for £80 plus carriage. It would come without mains plug, I take them off for transit as they can scratch equipment.

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    Thanks Geoff.

It’s complicated because she wants to see what all the amps look like (modern flat) I’m compiling a list for her.

SQ is important for her but....

If the bling factor matters, Phil's Arcam A85 should sail through inspection. Lovely looking, bomb-proof and it has a lovely sound that will take some beating for the price. This is just my opinion, not trying to knock the other amps that have been offered, they're all good.
    Good luck
