Cloudy and chilly with a light Northerly wind said the BBC at lunchtime and the Met Office.
Reality is the wind is coming from the West. No wonder they can't predict the weather if they can't get the wind direction correct. Important for me as I need to get an extremely large bonfire going and I need the smoke to blow over the fields and not the neighbours.

Nice to see someone being considerate, which of course I’d expect from you Dave, shame I don’t live next to you! (And I have no idea what my neighbour burns nearly every day, smell varies somewhere between plastic and full on Ganga!).
Weather wasn’t too bad middle of the day, gloomy start and soggy evening. I think autumn is well and truly ensconced.
