Hi geoff
Thanks again
Photos attached but I'm sure they will just confirm your advice as what needs to be done.
Very grateful

Yes, that's the front suspension rubber roll-surround. Just glue it back.

Geoff
many thanks.
I've just ordered the glue and will give it a go.
Much appreciated.

A brief update.
Following Geoff’s advice, I purchased a small tube of ‘Aleene’s tacky glue’ and after removing what little of the old adhesive I could, managed to stick back down two sides of the speaker surround.
I left it for a couple of days (weighted down) and the repair seems to have taken.
Now I just need to connect the speakers back up and make sure that the surround is no longer flapping in the wind when bass notes are struck.
thank you again.
Fingers crossed for you!
Alex

There is only one way to avoid criticism: do nothing, say nothing and be nothing Aristotle
Sounds like a good result. I'm sure they'll be fine.
